O pročišćavajućim detoksikacijskim retreatima

U radu Tonya Samare fizičko tijelo predstavlja hram koji bi trebao isijavati svijetlost, međutim mi često zaboravimo na tijelo sve dok se ne razbolimo. Iz tog su razloga pročišćavajući retreati istinski dio ovog duhovnog puta.

Program Tonyevih pročišćavajućih retreata sastoji se od jutarnjih i popodnevnih razgovora/satsanga protkanih energetskim vježbama, radom na snovima, blagim vježbama (poput putovanja do srca ili do bitka), vizualizacijama (kao što su meditacije koje usklađuju um i tijelo ili, pak, um i emocije), snažnim meditacijama (poput meditacije „vrtnja oko centra“), vježbama disanja i grupnim vježbama proizašlim iz njegovog bogatog iskustva u drevnoj šamanskoj, orijentalnoj i zen- budističkoj tradiciji.

To su vrlo snažni detoksikacijski programi s obzirom da uključuju i biljne pripravke za detoksikaciju, tekuću super hranu te druge posebne biljne pripravke. Theriaca, Tonyev iscjeljujući čaj, kreiran kao dar za čovječanstvo, predstavlja također dio programa detoksikacije.

Za sudionike retreata postoji i mogućnost vrlo ugodne masaže uz dodatnu naknadu. Biti će i slobodnog vremena za šetnju u prirodi, pisanje dnevnika te integriranje mudrosti dobivene iz raznih satsang sastanaka.

The Samara School of Meditation (SSOM) — Introduction

SSOM is a unique programme where people can work with Tony Samara on a regular basis.

The intention of the SSOM programme is to realise the evolution of human consciousness, which Tony believes we can do using meditation and other simple practices.

In a direct and simple way that everyone can understand, Tony, at each event, will explain how each individual can practically integrate greater acceptance, peace and joy into their daily lives.

Tony will:

— Share knowledge of everything with everyone;

— Work energetically and help students experience their higher selves;

— Speak about many themes such as health, food, relationships, work, karma, sacred sexuality, the moon, earth changes and many aspects that one has to deal with on a regular basis;

— Provide detoxes to help everyone’s bodies with the transformation (Tony explains in his many programmes that the body is our temple and that the food we eat helps us to create a strong foundation that allows inner work and transformation to take place.);

— Transmit much of the wisdom beyond words.

The learnings are about being truly spiritual in every moment of everyday life and bringing more light into the world.

On the surface, sometimes the work may seem simple and of no real use, but what is interesting to realise that spirituality is not a mental concept nor is it about learning lessons, it is about understanding from your real depth, where all is one, what being a Noble human being Truly means. Once this has been understood, the work is to stay in this space, to not fall back into the mundane and for this one may need a teacher who can help not only by words but on many other levels.

The difference between people who are unmoved by life’s challenges and those who are moved is that people who are unmoved know and understand the depth of being centred in knowledge.

Knowledge is beyond just words or mere intellectual knowledge but rather an experience that allows a deep knowing that the human mind often cannot comprehend as it is a direct connection to heart intelligence.

This knowledge allows for peace of mind.

The programmes take place in Ljubljana on a regular basis. It is a deep spiritual work and truly inspiring to people who feel they are ready to commit to the highest aspects of themselves and in a practical sense to the work and joy of being present to the school of meditation as this allows for the deep transformation to become actual both in an energetic and practical way.

After a year of deep regular monthly work, a lot of people have already seen huge change in how they are and function.

To neće biti programi kao takvi, već vrijeme kada se ljudi povezuju u te posebne dane. Vremena navedena pod UTC predstavljaju novi način izražavanja Greenwich Mean Time-a tako da su to vremena točna za Englesku i Portugal i druge zemlje koje se nalaze u istoj vremenskoj zoni, dok će za ostatak Europe biti jedan sat više.

Tijekom ovih posebnih globalnih meditacija Tony se iz svog osobnog prostora povezuje sa svima i, premda to uvijek čini, za one s namjerom da mu se pridruže baš u ovo vrijeme, posljedica jedinstva će biti sinergistička. Stoga je dobro fokusirati se na povezivanje s Tonyjem i biti otvoren za prekrasan prostor koji se kreira kroz ovu jedinstvenu mogućnost.

The Day of Light ritual

The first day of the ancient calendars falls on the March equinox, the first day of spring, the day of light. At the time of the equinox, the sun is observed to be directly over the equator, and the north and south poles of the Earth lie along the solar terminator; sunlight is evenly divided between the north and south hemispheres.

It is celebrated on the day of the astronomical, vernal equinox, which usually occurs on March 21 or the previous/following day depending on where it is observed.  The moment the Sun crosses the celestial equator and equalizes night and day is calculated exactly every year.

In association with the "rebirth of nature," extensive spring-cleaning is a wonderful ritual to honor as the birth of a new year. This is also extended to the personal aspect with ones intention of this day as it is especially powerful for the rest of the year and often will affect the outcome of the rest of the year. So, if a person is warm and kind to their relatives, friends and neighbors on the day of light then the new year will be a good one.

It is wise to begin with cleaning homes, known as ‘spring cleaning.’ This is observed days before the day of light. Clean every part of your house, dust furniture and wash carpets. This is practiced to welcome the new spring season with freshness.

On the day of light the fire ritual, where a silver urn with a small fire nourished by sandalwood and 7 haoma seeds and the silent contemplation of light, allows for the fire symbolically to purify the inner fire of Divine Love.

Everyone present to the fire ceremony can toss a sandalwood twig into the fire, intending the offering to represent the relinquishing of some attachment or psychological limitation that one wishes to be consumed by the fire. The ritual thus symbolizes the physical representations of surrendering and giving up desires and limitations to the light of Divine love.
