Dualism, whereby we identify aspects such as food, politics, pollution, wars, suffering, grief, greed, misunderstanding, jealousy, etc as an external picture, simply allows the maya of illusion to become real, requesting a reaction to deal with an external, rather than to see that all is one.

All is consciousness.

Remember to nourish yourself with what mirrors this consciousness.

As your heart mirrors the light of your consciousness, this lightness transforms all to a sense of oneness bringing in love to all actions and aspects of your life.

Step out of your sense of separation and into your integration of the universal light by letting go of all that keeps you chained to the maya.

Consciousness lives forever and is part of all.”

What a wonderful affirmation to integrate consciousness into all actions of our lives rather than to use our energies fruitlessly focusing on problems that simply affirm our separation from the love that is contained in all aspects of life.

Tony suggests that it is wonderful to look at relationships and see how those aspects can easily change from problems to invitations of deeper understanding and clarity.
