A wisdom which belongs to no-one as it is the shared oneness open to be explored by everyone deeply during these next coming months. A wisdom contained beyond the limiting formulas or dogmas of the past. Behold this new gift being birthed!
More intensely than ever, the inner work leads us now to light, to unity, from a troubled mind to an open heart and, hence, to the profoundness of love.
This journey leads us to the realisation of who we are. What an opportunity to have a guide on this spiritual journey to help all succesfully traverse the spiritual path.
I welcome you into the possibility of self-enquiry and discovery of your deepest truth.
I welcome you to an opportunity to recognise that whatever is going on is a mirror, a clear reflection, telling you more about yourself even though this may not seem so in the turbulent moments.
That whoever you think you are is not your reality. It is not your essence. Your essence is beyond the activity of thought or belief systems and when this stops even for an instant you open a gateway to another world that will give you strength and courage to reveal the truth that we all share and that is beyond such dualism.
When the theatre of the mundane aspects of the ego are transcended, when our attention is directed in an honest way into truthful knowing, the heart is freed from the chains that seem so heavy. This gives us an opportunity to discover that whatever concept or emotion that is honestly or directly examined, miraculously loses its grip, freeing us to experience happiness.
The light of conscious awareness that is produced from this moment of happiness penetrates the ego and its games making it impossible for suffering to continue its position of authority and hold on our lives."

Dear Friends
Let us celebrate the possibilities and potentials by meditating upon the above inspirational words as we approach the Autumnal equinox here in the Northern Hemisphere.
Honour the equinox, on 22 September, as a wonderful gateway for these meditations and to the physical manifestation of light and dark being in balance.
By being aware of the moment of the equinox in a more profound way, as our ancestors were always aware, by using some of the meditations on the website and eating special foods such as a vegetarian diet or healing foods to make the body lighter so that you are more sensitive to the experience, is a wonderful way to create this balance within.
We would like to remind you that it is always possible to spend time with Tony and receive personal discourse with him in the many retreats and seminar programmes organized for him throughout the world.
We are excited to announce a new event to be conducted from 3-13 April 2009 entitled 'SATSANG BY THE SEA' which will be conducted in a tranquil, seaside location in the country of Greece.
